Bowers & Wilkins makes a fantastic speaker. Far better than anything you could feasibly replace them with. Replacing them will only hurt overall sound quality in the end.
The speakers in your can have been matched quite well to the factory amps. Leave them alone unless you plan to rip the entire system out and start from scratch.
These cars are generally owned by those that would rather just drive their cars and leave them alone. I know I'm in that camp, I just drive my Jaguar.

i already have a mina exhaust. ya the speakers do sound good but i wonder how the components wil sound on it? IM NOT going to do this but is it possible to replace the stock screen with an aftermarket double din? how does the options such as air controls and ect work with a aftermarket unit? do they even have something available in exchange of the stock one?

From what I know there is not a way to replace it.
As far as speakers go, you're absolutely not going to be able to replace your Bowers & Wilkins speakers with anything that will sound as good as they do now. B&W is one of the most respected names in audio.

Is the goal of changing the speakers to get more bass? If so, you might be able to cheat by dropping a box with a pair of 12s into the trunk, adding an amp, and just tying into the rear speakers for signal. You would have to put a crossover in place to sort out the frequencies, but it will probably work. I haven't had a real stereo project in like 5 years, so there may be can easier hack these days. If you wanted something a touch more custom, there's quite a bit of space in the trunk behind the rear wheels. You could probably build a custom fiberglass enclosure for each side.
In any case, I have to agree with everyone else- you're not going to beat the B&W speakers if you care in the least about sound quality.

I agree, I thought you might have had base system till I read your post. that system flat cranks with clarity all the way to full volume. But I also understand you wanting more bump to mixed rap music. Youll need to do what Rakka suggested since the Jaguar system was not built along your listening tastes. They system will do wonders if you change sub levels to higher, but not at higher listening volumes. Then youll want a sep amp and sub. No you cannot change out the touch screen. It is fully integrated into the cars electrical system CAN, D2B etc...and works as a gateway to other modules on the network.Originally Posted by Rakka

thats what i thought about the touchscreen, i like it most of the time, but im not sure about putting a sub in the back, itll be to much bass which i dont like the rattle, i was talking about nice speakers like focals, or rockfords, the stock bass isnt all that, i do agree the BW speakers do sound crisp.Originally Posted by Brutal

Well if bass if what you're going for, it's gonna be the sub you wanna replace. Rattle can be minimized by adding some Dynamat or just adjusting your speaker/amp settings. I have 2 12" Alpine type R subs in my trunk, and I don't notice any rattle. I don't have the B&W system for the record, but that shouldn't make much difference as far as bass goes.
Like others suggested, don't touch your other speakers. It'll make things significantly more expensive, and you prolly won't see an increase in quality.
