If it's not Supercharged you just pull the bottom pan off as I show above, however if you're SC I've heard you have to pull the whole bumper. Maybe you can find someone to fabricate a chrome trim ring to outline the opening although because the way the blade "cuts" into the bumper near the center (license plate area) it wont be a perfect "circle". (See above pic when I had the blade completely out)
