Diffuser
I was looking to buy a rear diffuser for my 2012 xf and while i was searching i came across 2 different kinds. Mina had made one kind and the other was made by rimmer bros. i was wondering if anyone has had ant experience with either one of these diffusers. any input would be appreciated like what one is preferred, install time, quility etc…
thank you much appricated

I got the Mina one recently. It's good quality, but one thing I will say is that they include these very small self-tapping screws with the kit, and I think they're supposed to go where the original fixings went (that fix the original splitter into the body). If you look at the Mina fibreglass spitter there are four indentations and I think the original manufacturer of the splitter (I'm pretty sure Mina didn't make it) intended for you to drill holes in it that match up with the original splitter.
That's what I did, and it fitted a lot better - I can't see how it ever would've worked with the tiny self-tapping screws they supplied.
Finally, I'm going to need to use some sort of sealant on the inside of the bumper to fix the splitter permanently, will do that in a bit.
I broke at least two of the fixings that held the original splitter to the body - the code for the replacements are C2S9354020.

I've got the carbon fiber diffuser from Mina, and it looks great. But, it was so stiff that I had to take it to a high-end body shop to install correctly. For the price, I'd do it again and again, though.
