I recently had the 3.0 AWD as a loaner. I found it to be adequetly to slightly under powered; perhaps due to what I am used to with my 2010 XF Supercharged. I didn't like the fact that it turned off at every red light, initially I thought something was wrong with it! lol I can see the advantage of the "Eco" mode but I just found it annoying.

The UK has never used the US gallon. Oddly, they don't use the Imperial gallon either. Fuel is sold in litres so calculating mpg is a bit of a nuisance unless you just use the optimistic dashboard readout.

In Canada we use the more logical fuel consumption measure of litres consumed per 100 km. try converting that to mileage!
