Default Door panel card replacement. Audio issue! Any info?

I've been changing my dove grey door panels to soft black. I had used vinyl spray and painted my existing ones due to wear on the leather and they looked amazing, but the leather isn't holding the finish. Shame as the rest of the panel looks perfect.
So I've been ordering replacement door panels in the black factory finish and so far, perfect. (Also been carbon wrapping the wood as well) I've replaced the rear panels, 10 minute job each and everything perfect.
BUT as I wasn't thinking about my audio system, I didn't make sure my panels were the premium audio versions. I lucked up with the rears and they have the Harmon speakers so they were plug and play. The front passenger panel unfortunately doesn't. I haven't pulled the existing panel but I know there's no tweeter speaker behind the replacement panel upper grille. And the rear panels had what looked like amps for the speakers that plugged as well. I can always switch the existing parts over but there's no access to grille area, it's a solid plastic panel, I guess I can dremel out the opening. There's also no attachment area for the amp, if that's what it is and on the door card on my existing one.
I won't really know until I pull card, but I'm still looking for the drivers door so until then, I'm hoping someone will know any other issues I may have.
