Default Overheating issue

Hi,
I have a 2002 X Type 2.5 V6.
Recenlty it has begun having a strange issue. It is overheating whenever I drive uphill in long runs, I can sit for hours in traffic and it does not overheat, I drive in city traffic and in highways and it does not overheat.
The only time is overheats is when going uphill in long runs, say 20-25 minutes.

Any ideas of what this problem might be?

It does not lose coolant.

Thanks
