Default 2008 Vanden plas - AC blowing warm air

I again need some help, please. My AC is blowing warm air. I bought a can of freon with a gauge to check the pressure on the low side and to charge if required. The low side rating when AC is off is 125PSI, which reduces, and the gauge needle goes into the green range when AC is switched on. This eliminates the following issues, as per my understanding;

1- The system does not need more freon as the low side is within the green range when AC is on
2 - The AC switch is working
3 - The compressor is working because when switched on, the pressure on the low side drops
4 - I have checked the cabin filter, and it is clean
5 - The cooling fan did not kick in as soon as I switched on the AC; however, when the temperature rose to half on the gauge, the fan kicked in. I assume this is normal.

Can someone please advise what else could be wrong?

This is not normal. You need airflow across the condenser to provide cool air, if the system is pumping via the compressor the fan should be on. Check the fuses/relays/power supply to that fan, I would suggest using real gauges to ensure the system is coming up to pressure. It's possible if you don't generate enough high side pressure it won't turn the fan on. Low side readings are only half the story.

Thank you Roverjoe. I shall check the radiator fan fuses.

Suggest also pull codes. Cond fan needs coolant temp sensor signal as well. Var displacement compressor needs related ECM signals to function properly. Also suggest remove plastic trim above grille and check that condenser is clean...

Agree you need a set of gauges. Then post back what the Hi and Lo side read as well as what temperature it was outside when you ran the test.
Those low side cans with refrigerant are junk and stop using them. All they do is keep cramming more Freon in the system when you don't know if it's full or not.

Good advice to check for codes. Do you have a scanner? What model?
How can you have a bad fuse when you said the fans do come on? That shows the fans are operating.
