Default Electronics gremlins...TPMS & Blind Spot errors

2009 XF s/c 55k miles. It's new to me (about 1 month) and I'm still learning its nuances; probably driven it a little less than 1000 miles since in my posession. Not sure if it is related, but I figure I'd ask before sending into the dealer. Today was the first day we have had RAIN - LOTS OF RAIN.
Seems the cat doesn't like to get wet because today a couple electronic gremlins appeared.

5 trips around town so far today and the message warning light has been intermittantly indicating "Blind Spot Monitor Not Available". It seems to go away after shut down and re-start. 2 trips it was fine. 3 trips it goes off. Also at one point, it indicated the error, but clearly it was working. Odd.

In addition to this, on the last of today's drives, the car started to "flicker" the "Check Tyre Pressure" display while going down the highway. First it flashed the Front and Rear Right side tires. Then it went away (everything looked normal) and then came back indicating both front tires (right rear miraculously was fine). Then the error went away again and about two minutes later came back rotating through all four tires. Then it completely went away. Entire process happened over about 15 minutes and 10-12 miles (no engine shut down/restarts). Took it to Discount Tire store around the corner from my office and was told all 4 tires were the same at 39psi (warm).

My question: Is there a central gateway or fuse/relay module that controls both of these sensors? I'm not sure if they are somehow related and if today's rain and moisture are wreaking havoc with something? I've looked under the hood but nothing seems glaringly wrong or wet where it shouldn't be. Is there an easy reset (aside from the cycling the power), or is it more serious to the point the dealer should take a look?

Thanks!!

If your tire psi are within specs, and tpms lights go crazy. There's a TSB that states a reflash would fix it.

Thanks for the reflash info! It hasn't happened again since, so I'm going to keep an eye on it.

The blindspot monitoring was off-on again this morning (no precipitation), so I may just take it in and hope CPO warranty covers it.

Do the reflash, if the reflash doesn't take a new TPMS module will be needed, which is what we were replacing on these cars for that issue years before the TSB was issued.
