Default Exhaust leak question for our techs and knowledgable

I have a couple of questions for you guys.

1. How serious would a small exhaust leak just a little before the final rear muffler be? (This could be on one side only)

2. Could this result in enough of a backpressure loss to affect performance, or trigger the p0411 code a few people here are complaining about? (Where is the sensor for the secondary air injection system that is giving this fault and could it be affected by a leak that far down the system?)

The reason I bring up these questions, I haven't been driving my car for a while, but have been running it once a week and letting it get up to operating temperature. This is done in a ventilated garage well above freezing.

I noticed a very small puddle of clear, odorless, tasteless liquid (I'm assuming water) right under the right side exhaust line. It's located right under where the pipe first bends towards the side of the car right behind the rear differential. I couldn't see any other source there (any suggestions for other sources welcome). Also the water was very similar to the condensation found on the inside of the exhaust show tips. So I'm assuming a small exhaust leak at that bend where there are weld points.

Thanks in advance for all the replies.

no that wouldnt do it, there is no secondary air injection sensor, its monitored by amp draw as read by the ecu. Anf thats not a leak but a drain hole to drain condensed water out of the exhaust
