Default Extended Warranty ideas

I have a Jaguar 2011 XF with only 31k miles on it. It was certified which wears off in about two months so I want to get some feedback on are warranty's worth it and where to get it from.

There are many scams out there and just curious how can I get a reliable warranty or should I just take my chances with a car that has been maintained.

Thanks
Paul

If you owned the car for awhile and it has been covered by a warranty, which means that it has had no significant problems that haven't been corrected, why bother with an extended warranty? It will just cost you a bunch of loot and probably won't pay for itself.

I've been "self" warranting my S-Type since its CPO coverage ended 18 months ago and am way ahead on $ for doing so.

These cars are very reliable and since you know your's pretty well you should believe that there are no significant issues that will need to be handled.

Save the money, drive the car.
