Can anyone explain the flickering lights on my XF Sport V6, portfolio speedometer and rev needles which normally come on with the dash lights but now flicker on off. Off in 3rd photo.

The flickering lights are those that illuminate the two white-tipped needles on the speedometer and rev counter dials on the dashboard (showed in photos) and not the headlights but thank you for taking your time with elaborate response. Thank you!
