Half thru my black out

You clearly have great taste. But, then again, I might be a little partial. Ha-ha. As my name isn't Rick Ross, I would never do white on white. I've considered doing a full blackout of the chrome and adding a black vinyl wrap to the roof, and might still do it someday soon. The only thing dissuading me from doing the roof wrap in black is the potential for attracting heat. But, I haven't looked into it on any level and the roof wrap might actually reflect more that it draws.
All of the Jaguar purists and chrome aficionados might want to skip this paragraph... I'm currently awaiting my Mina Gallery carbon fiber side louvers and carbon fiber mirror covers, as well as a carbon fiber Jaguar leaper emblem for the trunk which someone on this forum found on ioffer. And, as soon as Mina Gallery can show me a few pix of their Speed Pack spoiler replicas, I'll be ordering one of those (I want to see pix so I choose between the fiberglass and carbon fiber versions).
I painted my calipers red, myself, and have loved the look ever since. I don't think I ever would've done caliper covers, though. Painting the calipers was incredibly easy and they've held up really well since I did them, even after rear pad changes by the dealership (my service is all included), powder coated wheels, and new rear tires (Michelin Pilot Super Sports, which are incredible).
Keep up the good work.

Reax I love your car! Ya I did the calipers red, my interior is red, I prefer the look of the caliper over the cover in my opinion. I did it myself with the g2 kit, super easy, the first coat takes a long time but fast after that, about 2 hours total
Love the rick Ross comment. That's hilarious!
I'd love to see your black side louver in carbon, I'm interested in the Mina exhaust to. Is it worth it? How much louder is it in the car?

I used the DupliColor brush-on kit. I just wrapped the rotors, etc. in painter's tape and away I went. I didn't even sand the calipers prior. The hardest part was finding the appropriate jack mounts. Because my car is an XFR, it came with the the R plates, which I just taped up and painted around on the front, and unscrewed and took off on the back. I would've ordered the red calipers from the factory, but my car was a dealer demo, so I didn't have that option. Also worth noting, I added H&R 15mm spacers to the rear (see last attached picture) to give it a tad wider stance and better handling (both of which were noticeably improved).

Mina said the first set of CF side louvers weren't up to what he knows are my exacting standards, but he sent them anyway because he knows I'm impatient (true, but odd). I haven't received them, but I told him to just send me a good set of the CF louvers with the CF mirror covers (and additional red R wheel center caps for my Rover), whenever they're both finished. I'm not sure why anyone would want to take the time to install something that was substandard, only to have to remove them a short time later to re-install a better version. Either way, he only sends tracking information upon repeated request, which I haven't done this time, so I have no idea when I'll receive everything. And, depending on the spoilers he's doing, I might get the Speed Pack spoiler in CF, too.
I don't have the Mina exhaust system. I went with my own hybrid setup consisting of an X-pipe (replacing the center rear resonator) and some remote cutouts before the rear mufflers. That way, I can control the exhaust flow/tone between stock quiet and wide open with the touch of a button. I did a pretty thorough write-up on here somewhere...
