Default Has anyone removed catalytic converters on a 2010

Good day everyone , I’m curious if anyone can give me some insights on removing the cats to replace them with some bolt on high flows … are bolts or nuts easy to get to and if anything special is required for removal on the sensor or hardware .

I'm interested in fitting some sport cats (or even straight/test pipes in lieu of the cats), possibly even with headers, especially while I have such easy access. But, I'm not willing to shell out the absurd amounts vendors are currently asking for them. Anyway, there are a ton of threads on this forum about cats and the exhaust in general, including removal, installation, etc. I know they might be a little hard to find due to the forum search function not being the greatest (I use Google to search this forum and always have better results), but finding those threads is preferable to starting a new one and rehashing the same old info, unless you can find someone willing to re-type it all. Good luck.
