Default Hazard warning lights

I have a Jaguar XF 3ltr premium luxury and the hazard lights came on themselves and won't go off.
Any suggestions as to what is wrong
Thanks

" It seems that during manufacture, some sealant wasn't correctly applied to a panel (that looks like a shutter blind) underneath the rear bumper. Someone more technical than me will be able to identify the part I'm talking about, but the dealer showed me the car with bumper removed and the part in question. There are two panels, one on each rear corner. This was allowing water to leak into the boot space via some electrical stuff which caused the corrosion in the fuse box. They are replacing the fuse box and will seal the part correctly. "
