Normally, my headlights turn on as I drive into my garage. Occasionally, the headlights do NOT turn on, and there is a message "headlights are off" (or something like that), even though the lights are in AUTO mode. Turning to other switch positions and back to AUTO doesn't help Sometimes, backing out into the driveway cures it, sometimes not. It has always reverted to normal by the next time I drive. What are the odds that a new headlight switch would cure this? Any other ideas?
