Very true. The wires in my windscreen drove me (more) nuts for the first few weeks I had the car. I rarely notice them now and usually only when passengers ask about them.

I agree with Plums, if you dont focus on obesingin about the car and focus on driving you can't even tell, but when your stuck in traffic or just bored as hell you note all the specifics in your vehicle.

Or if the sun or oncoming headlights refract around the wires.

This is getting pretty circular.

If you tick this option make sure you won't be distracted by the wires BEFORE you sign the deal.

Was this first an option for 2011 or was it available on earlier models?

Have this option on my 2009 4.2L NA Premium Luxury. Think all the models in Canada shipped with this option?? Think it was an option otherwise heated steering wheel/heated windshield?

I was told by my dealer that all Canadian cars were shipped with a cold weather package in 09: factory installed block heater, headlight washers (even on halogen headlights), heated seats, heated steering wheel and heated windshield. A no delete " option". That's the way my 09 luxury was delivered in July of 2008.
