Angry I got rear-ended today!

After making it 20 miles into work across snow and ice covered roads I make it all the way to the turn in for my parking lot and getting rear-ender. He must not have seen me in the morning sun because I had been stopped for several seconds waiting to make a left hand turn. It was a pretty good hit but no visible damage to the bumper--but I am afraid for what the dealer will find under the plastic. I feel bad for the guy who hit me--I'm sure if there is internal components that need replaced--they will be very expensive.

Good to hear no one was injured.

You're a lot more relaxed about a hit than I would be!

better hope he isn't using state minimum insurance at cut rate prices... sadly the only reason I pay for under insured. The odds are some idiot was watching the general ads on tv. (for those outside the USA) very cheap insurance that covers almost nothing.

Sorry to hear! An SNG Company car was hit in similar fashion and although little damage was visible initially the inner bumper beam had to be replaced. These are designed to absorb the damage so are usually always affected.

He has Allstate so hopefully that won't be an issue.
