When i have my car in idle there is a ticking noise and the car has a labored idle. I have a 2010 Premium XF 5.0L. One month ago i had a code and i was told it was a vacuum leak the code is no longer popping up but the idle doesnt seem to be quite right. Any suggestions out there? Thanks in advance

 

Get your dealer to read the codes. There is an ECU reflash aimed at this idling issue. The ticking noise is probably just the direct injectors.

 

I recently checked and there arent any codes. I spoke to a mechanic and he said the ticking noise i hear is the normal Jaguar noise but thanks though
