I am aware that I cannot swap instrument clusters, if I bought a second hand one, can I remove led and replace as one of mine at the needle keeps flickering. Have had unit out to replace speaker in the past. TIA.

 

probably. it looks like this on the inside so you could try unsoldering the LED from one and putting it on the other.

 

Hi thanks for replying. Yes have had cluster unit out and know location of led. Just wanted to know if I soldered another led in would it work. Don’t want to buy used cluster unit if it won’t work. Understand I can send unit away to be repaired but a lot of money for one small led.
