Default Jag XF 2008 QUESTION

My friend is selling his passed fathers Jag XF 2008. Since they didn't pay for it and was given to them he is selling it to someone he knows, Myself wants to buy it however he said there are 2 issues, Hes only asking for 2700 which is a good price but I'm wondering if these are easy fixes or costly? Rear windows will not go down. Both

When unlocking the car with the key all doors unlock except the passenger door which needs to be opened on the inside?

Whats everyones thoughts on this?

Cables on window regulator corrode, you can buy a new regulator or somebody on ebay does a repair kit.
Failing door actuators are also common, available on ebay & you can find a "how to" on you tube.

Not sure what country / currency you're in, so it's hard to know if 2700 is a good price. But these are high end luxury cars and come with parts and repair costs to match. So it can be very cheap to get into one, but could be expensive to maintain. If it has been well looked after and you do the same, you could get years of happy motoring. But if it has serious issues or you get unlucky, costs could add up quick

Not trying to scare you off. Mine is a 2010 and has been incredibly reliable for years and years. But go in with eyes open!

What model trim and what engine?

If you can do the work, you can keep it up.Do all the regular maintenance and it will give you much joy.
