Jaguar C-XF
To the best of my knowledge the XF is the production version of the C-XF. There may be a restyled XF in the next few years that will have more of the styling cues of the C-XF. There may be an XF coupe on the horizon that looks more like the C-XF than the current XF model as well.

Most concept cars - even the ones that run - are horrible to drive with unaligned geometry and mismatched dampers/shocks. Usually very floppy with lots of creaks and rattles, overweight so no performance, lots of vibration, little sound deadening, and non functioning electronics. Journalists are given a script when they drive concept cars and are told what the real thing will drive like. IOW - you're welcome to it.

That's even if you can get it registered on the street. Then you have sort out all the crap you mentioned. The only concept car I remember worth it was the original Sting Ray. Bill Mitchell of GM styling campaigned it for a year or two in SCCA and then drove it on the street for a while.
