Default Jaguar wheel offset

Gents,

I have a 2013 XF with 19" Artura OEM wheels. I'm considering new rims and don't wish to make a mistake with the fitment. Can anyone tell me the full specs on these factory wheels? This is what I'd like to know...

Size: 19" X 8.5"
Lugs = 5 X 108mm
Center Bore = ?
Offset = ?

Thanks in advance!

Best wishes,
Chris

The offset is 49mm.

And, i believe the bore is 63.4mm.

If you are purchasing aftermarket wheels, most usually have larger bore anyway. If that's the case, you can purchase rings.

Thank you! Those are the #s I've been coming up with but have not been able to verify.

Considering this wheel in Titanium finish:

ACE CONVEX WHEEL - D704 WHEELS for BMW WHEEL, NISSAN Z INIFINITE G RIMS, MERCEDES E S C Class WHEELS, CONCAVE WHEELS, custom wheels, stagger wheels, Range Rover

Ace Alloy is suggesting a 40mm offset which will move the tires out slightly.

Also considering caliper covers from MGP - anyone have feedback on these?

Thanks again,
Chris

You will be fine with the 40mm offset.

Those caliper covers are just going to heat up your brakes faster and cool slower. I would just replace the spring loaded caliper covers with ones that says JAGUAR, if you don't already have that.

Thanks for the feedback. Not sure that my calipers have existing covers that can be replaced. Here is a file photo of what mine look like:

They appear as unfinished steal. May I ask what caliper covers you're referencing and where I might purchase a set?

Thanks again,
Chris

Not a problem.

Yes, the little brake pad covers (rectangular piece) can can be replaced. It's quite easy, once you remove the wheels, should take no more than 2 minutes each. Just have to be careful getting them off and putting them back on as they are spring loaded. See in the picture.

You can get them at any Jaguar dealer on even online. I can't imagine them being too expensive.

This is what your looks like.....

This is what the one that says JAGUAR on it looks like....

Thanks - that's great and definitely the right way to go.

I've run a quick search on the web but don't find the plates for sale. Will contact the parts department at my local dealer...

Thanks again,
Chris

I called these places but no one seems to know anything about the caliper covers. I also called into my local Jag parts department - they had no idea, but I sent them an email with some pics - I don't suspect they'll come back to me though. If anyone has ideas where to find these covers already painted with the Jag name, I'd appreciate hearing from you...

Cheers,

Chris

Others have used "Jaguar" caliper stickers that are available on ebay with good results. RodTee XF for example - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum - RodTee XF's Album: Porcelain Goddess - Picture

Chris,

They are called Anti Rattle Clips or Caliper Retainers, hopefully that helps.

You may be in luck, i have found on ebay but it's for the XFR. New Genuine Jaguar XJ XF XK R Caliper Mount Retainer Clip C2S33408 | eBay

Maybe you can give the part number in the listings and dealer should trace it back for you.

Thanks guys, that's really helpful! When I asked my local Jag dealer, they did some research but came up empty - advising me...

"Checking around now I don’t see anything in my jaguar catalog. Do you know if this is an accessory or an aftermarket piece that isn’t jaguar. Give me a little time and See what I can come up with."

I'll share the info provided and hopefully it will point them in the right direction. If not, I'll certainly consider going the decal route.

Thanks again,
Chris

If you pull off your wheels the offset and width are stamped inside the wheels.
