Jaguar XF 2.7

Hello i have a problem witch one is the electric heater control modul. I have the error code B11ED.

i can delete all errors only this one B11ED i can not delet.

I'm not entirely sure, but seems likely to be a fault with the heater, or the wiring to the heater according to the workshop manual.
