You posted in the wrong forum and I have asked a moderator to move it to the correct forum.

One big red flag is your battery symbol is yellow. Number one rule of SDD.
ALWAYS use a DC power supply and NOT a battery charger! What are you using if anything?
Always keep the laptop on AC power.
Next note that SDD is bugging you to update. If you let this go SDD will start disabling functions in SDD. It looks like yours has already started that.

I would work on getting a properly setup SDD first.

Can you update the one you have now?
Yes pretty much all of the SDD software are copies from somewhere.

I did just recently find from JLR the latest V166.xxx of SDD if your looking for a copy?
Requires no log in or sign in but it's big at around 3.3 GB. I just checked it and it downloaded fine.
Here is where to go;

Download SDD From JLR

Then go to the red circle.

The download will start automatically and it was very fast too!

Depends if your car is covered by SDD or Pathfinder?
If you read the links I posted above that information is in there? SDD will require lot's of study on your part so get to reading!

Here is a small bit that might help.

Pathfinder is the one that requires an Internet connection to work and while I do have a working Pathfinder without being logged into Topix it won't work (Yet? Maybe some kind of crack is out there?) They are calling Pathfinder Topix Cloud Diagnostics.

Currently I am stuck in a password loop on Topix. Tells me I need to change my password. Then sends a valid link to do so to my E-mail. So Topix does recognize me and they apparently have all my information. Then I can successfully change the password. But then no log in again and a further request to change my password once again. Have sent in help requests with no response at all.
