Default Jaguar xf vent install problems

I had my dash dismantled to try to fix the bubbling leather dashboard. Now when I plugged back in my vents the motors are staying open. Why is this happening on my Jaguar Xf 2009. Are do you have any advice troubleshooting this problem.

As sasovrd said, id check that first. if its still inop
are all vents inop? Your vents operate on a lin bus circuit, in series.
if all vents are inop I'd look at driver side outer vent to see if the connector is plugged in.
