Hi all,

So I have a 2010 3.0 V6 Diesel which won't pass emissions test.
The snap acceleration test produces a K-value of about 3.5. In normal driving conditions the exhaust seems completely normal and fuel consumption is within normal range.
Drives just fine and engine sounds completely normal.

The car has now been to several garages and no one in this country (Finland) seems to be able to solve this nuisance.

So in short, what has been done so far:
Oil and filters changed.
ECU was remapped, has now been programmed to stock. EGR is disabled in software and plugged. DPF has been removed previously.
Air volume going to the engine showed up about 15% less than volume going to the turbos. Turned out a gasket was leaking after the turbo at the y-fork.
Intake manifold was cracked, has been replaced.
4 out of the 6 fuel injectors weren't wihin range, now replaced.
Leak-down test was within normal range.

The car gave an OBD error code P062B (Internal Control Module Fuel Injector Control Performance), but that's not showing up anymore.

Desperate for any help and suggestions on what might be the issue.

Would you like to tell us what your emission standards are for your car + which part it's not meeting ? I don't know what a snap acceleration test is. Did you use C1 (low SAPS) engine oil ? Are your catalytic convertors functioning correctly ? This is a US-centric site & the diesel was never sold in the USA. You can try www.jaguarforum.com, the UK-centric site. Many diesels were sold in the UK & EU markets.
