Jap to UK
I bought my XFR week ago HOWEVER a week on, i have found out that its a Japanese import. As such, things like the Sat Nav and radio dont work as they should in the UK. The sat nav (although reading in the English language) only allows me to search for post codes that are numerical. The radio, only allows me to scan frequencies in the low range band up to 89.9.
Does anyone know if i can just swap the touch screen out for an English unit to resolve these issues?
Its in for a service next week, so i plan to ask whilst im there... but its gonna be expensive at a main dealer.
Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the forum Karl,
I think the radio and Sat Nav regions are configured through Jaguar SDD (the dealer diagnostics tool) and do not require market specific hardware. There is a huge list of XF Sat Navs in JEPC (the electronic parts catalogue) but these are in VIN ranges and make no mention of market.
This would make the change easier although not necessarily inexpensive!
