I am in the process of doing a replacement of the snout and coupler with an OEM unit, and I am noticing a quite a rattle when I wiggle the supercharger's shaft up and down. The in and out is very solid, and left/right is less than up/down.

Does anyone remember wiggling this shaft to know if this is a problem or not. I'd hate to do all this work and then need to buy a new supercharger soon, but I would also hate to keep the car down for an extra week waiting on a $3-4K part that might not be needed. This is a 2014 V6 engine.
