I have a 2013 Xf, the little piece of plastic that the screw threads into for my rear license plate broke. I am now unable to secure the plate on that side. Is this a part I can order anywhere? How should I fix this?

 

Just go to any auto parts store and look for license plate mounting bolts.
You should get a white square piece of plastic to find in the square hole. Then a screw will thread in and expand the white plastic locking it and the plate in place.

I have the exact same issue and the white square threaded pieces from the auto parts stores I have found are all too large and will not fit the hole. Does anyone know where you can buy the correct ones. I have my plate held by one screw and I’m afraid of it coming loose.Thanks.
