Default Missing Fuses/relays

Good Morning,
I recently purchased a very high mileage 2011 xf 5.0 Premium as a bit of a project (more on that later) I pulled the engine bay fuse box cover and found this. It seems like there are a lot of empty fuse and relay locations. How do I confirm that A) they are all there B) they are in the correct location? Thanks!!!!

Here goes a few pictures of my fuse box. I have a 2013 5.0 S/C, should be the same. Hope this helps

Based on the fact that the fuse locations in my owner's manual aren't even correct for my car, I'd say the question you should be asking yourself is: Is anything not working causing you to believe a fuse or a relay is missing? If not, I'm not sure I see the problem.

If the timing chains haven't been done on a high mileage 2011, I would start there.

Thanks for the pics, that's discouraging that the locations don't seem to match the owner's manual. I'm getting about every warning light possible from abs, vsc, and among others. I believe that it may be to late to do timing chains as I have misfire codes for an entire side of the engine and it does not sounds good at all. I only let it fun for about 3 seconds but I can try and get a video. If it has already jumped timing it's probably toast any ways right?

The very first thing to do when you get a lot of warning lamps and a misfire is to make sure the battery is fully charged.

I did take it out and charge it charged up and held a charge. I know pretty much all modern day cars freak out when the battery is going dead. I just wanted to check the next easiest thing after the battery which to me seemed to be fuses.
