Relay and fuse box (engine compartment)???

Is this relay for the headlights? It is on my 82 XJ6 drivers side inner fender. Also, what all goes through that fuse box in front of it? I left my reading glasses at work so reading my manual is going to be useless without them. Lol

Yes that's the headlight relay.

The fuse box has four headlight fuses and one electric cooling fan fuse
