So I need to replace a quick connector. It connects to the upper cross over and the reservoir hose (upper). My 90 degree quick connector is a PA66-GF35 but, all I have been seeing online are PA66-GF30. Is buying the GF30 going to be a problem in terms of use and fitting?

Car is a Jaguar XF 2013 Supercharged 3.0L AWD.

That isn't the part number, its the material its made from. You need C2Z14540.

 

Will it include the quick connector that I need?

Yep, that's the one.
I had to replace the equivalent hose (similar but different) on my F-Type a couple of years ago, easy enough to DIY and fairly cheap, see here for example: https://www.ebay.com/p/1017758423
