Default NEEDED: A drivers side ultimate black mirror cover

I took the car through a brushless carwash last night to get some of the weekend's salt off of the car, as I drove away I noticed the drivers side mirror cover missing.

Had to run through the carwash while a car was pulling in to get the cover which the carwash had unceremoniously jammed between the carwash door and a concrete curb. Needless to say, its not in very nice shape and is missing a tab that holds it in place, presumably the previous owner smacked the mirror into something and broke one of the restraining tabs off.

Anybody have one kicking around after upgrading theirs?

Jag sells chrome covers. If you can't find a good used one that might be another option. It might be cheaper than buying a painted cover.

It looks like they are $117.84 for each side on the above site.

Thanks Blackcoog, I've seen them around, not sure what to make of them. I liked them on the S-line audi's of the past...not sure what to think of them on the Jag.

I'm hoping someone else who's bought them has some black ones kicking around...

Sorry this isn't helping your cause at all but just to let you know I have the chrome ones on my Lunar Grey 09 and they definitely add to it I think. Not to sure how I feel about all the chrome on black though...looks a little much maybe? Not a bad option if it comes down to it though.

The funny part was that I was considering the chrome ones before...then when forced to decide I think I just want to stay black. Saves money for the illuminated sill plates!

For this price buy two and paint whatever color you want.

Sorry Aaron didn't mean to reply to your message. I meant to reply with my own. I tried to edit and erase but wouldn't let me.
