I'd agree with the above. They won't flash an ecu if the car is not working - and this doesn't sound like a software glitch

P0627 says it's the fuel pump relay or connections. See link below. Have your indy check the fuel pump relay, check the wiring harness connectors (that's where I'd start). And the battery as per my post above. I wouldn't replace the pump itself - this suggests it's relay or connections. See below.
