Default Nice key fob covers

I bought these covers recently:

Silicone Skin Cover for XF XK XKR 5 Buttons Smart Remote Key Case New | eBay

They are much nicer than the pics. The silicon has a very nice feel and the white lettering is actually embossed. It has a really nice Jaguar leaper on the back that they don't even show. It's a real nice tight fit on the key fob, doesn't interfere with anything, and it protects the buttons and the chrome from damage. And if they are damaged, it hides that. And it makes the key less slippery so it doesn't slide out of your pocket or in the car.

They come in lots of colors.

I highly recommend them for $6, but you have to wait a few weeks for the slowboat from China.

I don't have any affiliation with these fobs other than buying 4 of them for my 2 XFs.

Nice find, the chrome on my key had been getting scratched up a little. I like the one with white lettering

Saw another one from the same seller with a red panic portion and Jaguar & leaper on the back that had more "pop".

If you want more pop, get the lime green version! They have lots of color options, as I pointed out in my OP.

I was thinking about getting these but they look like they would attract lint. Is that the case?

I scooped up this one to check it out (with the white Jag logo and red hazard button):

Will post up my impressions!

By the way, the chrome (plastic really...) bezel on the sides of the Jag key can easily be replaced. It clips off (e.g. to change battery) and you can get a new paid on ebay for about $10-15

Curious if you received your key fob yet and if it fit. When I enter 2010 XFR it says not compatible, but could just be an oversight. So wanted to check. Thanks

Default Key Covers Arrived

Only took me a week from mainland China to PA. Pretty nice (well, at least I can find the fobs in dim lighting...chose the color to match my XF)

Got mine last week. Feels nice and I don't have to worry about the key slipping out of my right pocket into the Pit of Despair between the seat and the console.

Just got mine a few days ago and got around to hosting the pictures. Definitely impressed with the fit and finish, the rubber is satiny and comfortable to hold. It also make releasing the valet key easier. We'll see how it holds up over time, but for $6 I'm impressed! Nice find lotus

I could not decide what color to get. So I got two red ones and two black ones. I like them both and they seem to be of very good quality.

Thanks for the tip!

Ditto with the thanks.

Dropped my XF off at the dealer to replace the driver door switch pack under warranty...and the service writer wanted to know where I found them...so gave her the link to the seller so they could order some for the accessory display.
They'll probably end up charging 20. a piece for them...but, hey, that's not my worry...isn't capitalism grand???...

If I was a Jag dealer, I would get a crap load of them made with my dealer name and number on the backside. The cost would be minimal and it would help to bring in business. You want to talk about a great cheap giveaway to your customers? This is it!

Somehow, though, the words "cheap giveaway" and Jaguar Dealer in the same sentence are probably close to matter/anti-matter in reality....
