i have an issue with my XFS 3.0 2013, the car has no internal heating.
what I do have is working blower that changes from face to feet etc when diverting. i just do not have any heat, only cold air.
All my vents do not work on auto open/close.
i do have heat to the pipework but no further into the cabin.
i have the following fault code present - see images
ignore the U3002-81 fault code as i thought maybe the air con module and got hold of a 2nd hande unit and tried that. no joy.
i would appriciate any help in me solving this issue

Welcome to the Jaguar Forums. It's great to have you with us!
You've got quite an array of DTCs stored - when I see that many codes I suspect a low battery voltage event or a problem with the voltage supply or ground for the relevant module, in this case the Electric Heater Control Module. Have you tried clearing the DTCs to see if any recur or if the malfunction is resolved or symptoms change? Faults with the blend door stepper motors and fuseboxes are known.
You don't list the country or region where you live, so we don't know if your engine is a 3.0L gasoline or diesel, which may make a difference in the diagnosis.
It helps if you will visit your User Control Panel, and from the menu at the left, select Edit Signature. Add the year, model and engine details of your Jaguar to your signature and save. Now these important details will show up in all your posts.
Also, please visit the New Member Area - Intro a MUST and post a required introduction so we can learn something about you and your Jaguar and give you a proper welcome.
Very likely a failure in one of the stepper motors on the climate control unit. If my memory is correct, by removing the trim above the driver and passenger footwells you have visual access to the stepper motors and linkages, lying on your back with your head under the dash. If you can manipulate the climate settings (or have an assistant do this) whilst you're watching the linkages, you may well find that there's one that doesn't move I think there are 5 stepper motors and they're all the same so you can swap them around as part of the troubleshooting (access to do this is difficult). My 2008 model had not been reassembled correctly when the leather was replaced or repaired under warranty, one of the control levers was not in it's track properly so the face vents never blew air- your problem may be something as simple as that.
I had a similar problem with my 2011xf 2.7 diesel, because its a large engine and slow to heat up the designers came up with the idea of having an electric heater that supplies the heat before the water matrix can take over, now if there's a problem with this 'pre heaters it tends to upset the whole heating control system, its easy enough to check, take the car out for a run and if no heat then drive for 3 miles or thereabouts which should bring the water up to temperature, now if you switch off and restart the car it should function as desired as the water matrix has taken over the heating process and bypassed the electric matrix, if this sorts out the problem you now have 2 solutions, get it repaired or as I did just disconnect one of the heavy duty wires that feed the preheater, left hand side footwear above the transmission tunnel are the 2 connections which if I remember are just push on, pull off, hope this helps
I had a similar problem a few years ago. Vents didn't want to open and no heat. Behind the carpet in the passenger footwell is a connecting cable for the pre heater. I disconnected this and whilst it takes a little longer to warm it solved the problem. There are a couple of vids on YouTube about how to do this.
