No heating and vents all stuck open

No heating and vents all stuck open
It appears many people have mentioned this fault but I can’t find a solution. Was fine last night then this morning vents opened and will only blow cold air the vents will now not close at all innany setting mode and at 28 degrees air is freezing. Please help
