OBD engine monitoring
So, I have been looking around for an all in one device to keep an eye on things like AFR, engine temp, intake temp. etc, and after using it a while I thought I would share my experience with the device. Well, it's awesome! Take a look at the pictures to see all of the features.
If anyone is curious it can be bought on amazon. The app for your smart device is called Dash Command. It is a paid app, but you can download it for free. In the settings you can put the app on demo mode to see it in action.
Hope this helps for someone who likes to monitor vehicle performance, ya know...seeing is how Jag gave us NO GAUGES!!

I wonder if an android tablet could be used to connect this Dash Command + OBD + Video in Motion so all this can show up on the center console.
I usually leave my OBD2 disconnected when I'm not diagnosing codes for two reasons: the OBD bluetooth module gets very hot, it's an unsecure connection (anyone can connect to my car as long as power is live).

I tried Torque along with the OBDLink MX....it actually set off bunch of codes and left my Jag stranded twice. Had to clear the codes before car would start...but the problem only occurs when the Torque app is getting data from the Mx module. Have used the Mx module with the native app it comes with and have had no problems since. Will check out Dash Command
