I have a 2013 XF that my darling wife decided to take through a car wash while I was out of town. Long story short she didn't turn off the wipers and I'm guessing a brush or something caught and now the passenger side wiper doesn't work. Initially I thought the motor but I'm wondering if there is a fuse or something that would blow if a wiper is overloaded. Would there be a separate fuse or relay for each wiper or is it likely just the motor?

There is a single wiper motor driving both left and right wipers. If you are very lucky, the passenger side wiper arm could simply be loose on the spindle:
