Or do people not know that it's only about $300 pre-painted and takes about 5 minutes to put on the car?

After buying my second XF, I had the spoiler on order from CARid.com within the same day and didn't really like looking at the car until it showed up less than a week later.
Put a pic up with it on and let me look please. I can tell you though, they are much more expensive in the UK.

I'm thinking painting is another few hundred? Don't try this at home folks!

It's the factory-style spoiler. Several companies sell them pre-painted. It sticks on with 3M tape, but I also add a few large dabs of silicone adhesive to make sure it doesn't fly off. Here's my white car that I posted a while back:

I order stuff from the UK all the time. Just got a set of floor mats in 2 days. I have also ordered heavy items like shocks. So if the spoiler is expensive there, just pay the shipping.

It's definitely a preference thing, and you have to go with your preference. For me, I have always preferred the "confident tail up" style to the "scared puppy tail between the legs" look.

But I am a very type-A person.

I agree it's 100% personal preference and I also like the look of the spoiler and your car looks great! I totally dig the pedals and rest as well - nicely done!

Here are a few of the Jags.

Loving having 2 of them, and that's a first for me. Normally, I would want the variety, but the XF is just a pleasure for daily driving. I have other cars that are in totally different categories, so I get my variety that way.

Thanks!

They are the original Jaguar OEM mats that came with the early XFR's.

They are now obsolete, and unavailable from Jag. However, I did find an eBay seller that had them in red in the UK, so I emailed him about the Ivory version. He happened to have one set of new, old stock, so I snapped them up. This was just a couple of weeks ago.

Even with the poor UK exchange rate and international shipping charges (arrived in 3 days to Texas), it was a total of $114. The dealer wants closer to $200 with tax for the current version that doesn't have the leaper, so I was very happy to get these.

I told him to let me know if he finds more because at that price, I wouldn't mind having spares, but no reply.

I bought a set with custom color options through this ebay retailer. Good quality and quick turn around.

Can you share the link? I wouldn't mind buying a set for the other XF.

Default My New Baby

Traded in my 11 XFSC. Just got her a couple weeks ago, put in new carbon fiber hood louvres. Thinking of getting carbon fiber side vents as well, what do you think

WOAH! Is that an R-S?! Gorgeous car! I added chrome hood vents, side vents and mirrors to my black XFR so I'd say go with the carbon side vents as well. I love the contrast! Nice car - enjoy!

I am not a fan of the wheels Jag is putting on those cars. I owned a Kia Optima (horrible car) as my runabout car, but got so tired of its rough, noisy ride with poor steering that I sold it and bought a second XF. That style of wheel is across the entire Kia line, which makes me cringe.
