So I have a plug sticking out of my bumper It's been there and someone told me it was for some heater because the car was from Canada but I was wondering if I can make an extension cord out of it let me know if anyone else has this odd looking place for a plug and what to do with it thanks

 

If I needed an extension cord that badly, I'd go buy one at the dollar store, rather than start cutting cables in my vehicle
