Pop up shifter noisy

Pop up shifter noisy
I have a 2009 xf and about 3 years ago had the shifter frozen and had it replaced under warranty. Today I the points seems to be working but it got a little noisy. Is there a fix for it. Not sure if some coffee got spilled help if you Gus had this experience
