Default Real World Improvements - 60-130 Times - Pulleys/Tune ?

Hi All,

I am curious if anyone has v box or even a video of 60-130 times for 5.0 SC cars, ideally a car with a set of pulleys/tune.

I am looking to see how these mods impact real world acceleration for our cars.

My car will have both pulleys, mina intake, tune. I feel this should net a considerable improvement. '

Thanks!

from what I’ve read I don’t think the Mina intake improves anything in fact I’m pretty sure it’s not as good as OEM please if anyone knows different chime in

Not the subject of this thread. Much debated and I have discussed at length with Chris at Mina. I'm keeping my pipe on the car.

Looking for 60-130 times.

2010 XFR. Have the front resonator removed and replaced with x-pipe, stock otherwise (it has electric cutouts but runs are with them closed). Has upper pulley (Griptec 2.38) and Alpha Jag tune. 0-130 in 13:23, 60-130 in 8:93 using Dragy. Has stock intake with K&Ns in the boxes. Best 1/4 is 11.96 at 122.07 with a crappy 2.07 60ft. I have Nitto 555R2s. 305/30/R20s ordered (backordered) to help out that 60ft time.

Yeah, people need to stop treating that one Youtube video that makes this claim as gospel as it's full of inconsistencies. Much debated elsewhere on the forum, the idea that these aftermarket intakes lose power is laughable. If they did, we wouldn't see Jaguars own SVO engineers, along with other race teams, use them.

I've reached the point that if anyone just regurgitates "hurr durr they lose power" without providing actual proof that it's not just that they can't tune it properly (and no, I don't consider that Youtube video in any way conclusive), then I'll just ignore them. Bring me the evidence that mine and so many other people's butt dynos are broken.
