Default Removal of hard plastic seat backs

Hi all, just a quick question I'm hoping someone can help with. My seat trim has fallen down and come loose at the bottom of my driver's

side seat R/H. It looks like I need to remove the rear plastic panels to get access to refit the trim. Any advice on how to do this before I go attacking it with some pry bars ????

Thanks in advance

Read that thread? No tools needed. That lower panel just snaps in and out. I would remove it completely to see if the metal attaching clips are damaged.

The thing to remember on the seat backs is;
First pull straight out on the bottom of the plastic back.
Next the entire plastic seat back will now be slid down towards the floor of the car. This will allow the hooks molded into the plastic seat back to clear their mounting holes.
Great pictures in the thread John linked to. But your only removing the seat back panel and NOT the entire seat back which is what he did in that thread.

If it's just that lower panel I don't think you need to mess with the seat back at all?
