Default Replacing stock XFR steering wheel

I recently purchased a 2012 XFR , I love everything about it except for the steering wheel, it feels very large and clunky and I much prefer the style of the ones from the XJ series of the same era or the ones they started using in 2016, I'm wondering if there would be a simple way to replace mine with one of those or if someone here has even attempted that, and if so how it could be done?

You can fit the later wheel onto the earlier car...

My wheel was modded by a company here in the UK called Royale...... Jaguar | Royal Steering Wheels

Excellent I was wondering though if I did use the wheel they use now would it still be compatible as far as functions like working Bluetooth and the other features from the steering wheel just wondering since the computer system did get that massive update and they have such substantial differences.

Royal Steering Wheels would not make a wheel for my XFR. Any one know if a XJ wheel from the same year will fit? I would need a XJ that had the adaptive radar cruise control, because my XFR has that option.

Was that because of the heated wheel? They said the same to me. My wheel is currently with Control Custom Steering Wheels.

Adaptive cruise is not very common, so the vendor just doesn't seem interested in hunting down a unicorn donor wheel. However the right steering wheel panel is an available part that can be swapped into a donor wheel that did not have it from factory, and sending that to the vendor to complete the mod should not be a problem.

You just need a bare wheel. You can swap over the controls. That's what I have done.
