They say we are on the line to either get 3-6" or 6-12" of snow.

So the snow tires must go on.

Went to the Pirelli 255/35/20 snows on all 4 corners instead of a staggered set.

At least the wheels look good.

I really, really dig those wheels.
I'm debating whether to buy snow tires this year too. They're spendy on 20s and last year, we only ended up with 2 snow storms. Prior owner has all seasons (which means they're not any good in any season), but it's tough to justify tossing them when they're nearly new.

I'm impressed...For snow tires, they actually look pretty good..how do they sound on dry pavement?

Sound is very good, only slightly more than the Conti Extreme Contact rubber on dry pavement.

The Pirelli Sotozero rubber is soft. Cloverleaf turns you can feel the "squishiness".

As a recap, these wheels were $109 each shipped off of ebay from Custom Wheel Outlet and the tires I got were used (95% tread left) and were $600 picked up.

About the cheapest set of snow shoes you will find for these cars.

That's a great deal! Interested to hear how the wheels hold up to winter driving. The OeM 20s bend so easily...
