So I decided to go with the 2011 XF Premium
So after all the ups and downs and back and forths I finally settled on the 2011 XF premium in Caviar Metallic.
I managed to pick it up at $42,000 with the CPO Extended Warranty. I could of had it for just under $40,000 with out the CPO. It had originally started out at $44,950 Without the CPO. I feel like I will be paying a fair price and look forward to picking it up tomorrow.
Here's a photo............thanks everyone for the help.

Congratulations!
CPO definitely worth it, if for nothing else than it carries over to the next owner should you decide to sell it a few years down the road. I'm the third owner of my car, and the remaining CPO coverage was a major factor in my deciding to purchase.
Cheers,
