Default Speaker Crackle / Audio System - 2015 XF

Hi everyone -

I am currently dealing with an intermittent speaker crackle on my 15 XFRS, with the Meridian 825w system. It is a brief but frequent crackle noise coming from all speakers, EVEN IF THE RADIO IS TURNED OFF. It is not correlated to bumps, door panel pressure or cornering. It will do it sitting still in my garage. I cannot seem to excite it by doing anything.

I have had the problem for over a year, but a few months ago I pulled the front door cards and added tape between the tweeters and door frame, per another thread on this forum where a short was found there. There was no evidence of missing or scratched paint, but just in case it was enough to short, I taped and insulated both sides anyway. The noise stopped - but starting to think that remedy was a coincidence, as the noise has recently returned and has progressed to much worse(more frequent), so much so that my audio wont even work (AM/FM, BT, CD, etc).

Looking for any assistance on how to further diagnose before I surrender to the dealer or an Indy. Anyone dealt with this issue and have anything to try? My next best guess is a new amp, but this is only a guess, not sure what else is involved with the system.

Prerequisites:
1) I removed all4 door cards last week, and regulator access panels from the door frames. No damage to door wiring observed. Extra attention paid to the areas where it passes by the rather sharp window regulator frames and grommet boots.
2) Checked my tweeter-to-frame tape job and added tape just to be sure this wasn't the problem.
3) No water leaks under seat, or in the trunk- Subwoofer trunk recess is dry
4) I removed the driver's side liner in the trunk - no moisture there or observable issues. I even unplugged to fiberoptic connector and wiped it with lint free cloth.
5) Battery is OEM Jaguar and was recently replaced, so I don't think it's a battery issue.

Any other ways to scan or diagnose/troubleshoot? Can I see any relevant codes in the gauge cluster diagram mode for this?
