Default Strange cracking sound from the right sound console

Hello i need your help, again
I`ve notice some strange cracking sound from the right upper speaker(atleast i think it`s from there and not from the column above where is the airbag warning) - shown on the photo. When i press the grid it`s little bit sinks... and the cracking sound dissapears.
Any advices what can i do or i should disassemble the whole door.....

This is the problem

I am having the same problem but it only seems to be when the weather has been/is raining so I suspect that there is some water getting in somewhere. Not had the chance to have a good look as the weather here is pooh just now.

I have the same problem, it is not a big deal. The dash is made up of a ton of plastics, and over time it just ages and from hitting all the bumps and turn it starts creaking. The sound just comes and goes every once in a while, a bit more often in winter because of the cold.
