yes, that is the crankcase breather hose I linked too earlier but I wasn't sure if that was the part @gumby7734 was looking for.

Had the same problem on 2006 Landrover LR3 SE. It is a vacuum leak somewhere on the engine. In my case it was the gasket on the Brake booster at firewall.
Plenty of YouTube videos on how to search for it using either smoke blown into intake using a cigar or when engine is running, spray a bit of propane around various vacuum connections. Hope this helps.

Replaced Supercharger outlet pipes as per old Tsb. Now long term trim on both banks down to 8. Still too high but at least no check engine anymore. Will keep looking. only breather left to replace.
